| Well things are going well here in Ohio. The Lord has been challenging me in new ways, but I am learning to trust Him more and more. There have been many opportunities for ministry. I must say that I love how the Lord teaches us as we seek to teach others. In the small Bible study that I am in we have been working through the book of Ephesians. As I was preparing my lesson on the importance of spiritual growth I came across something that I've never realized concerning spiritual growth. That is, as Christians we all have the responsibility to grow as believers, and our spiritual growth may be something very personal it is very far from being private. I know your probably saying how can you say that my personal growth is not private? Well we are all part of the body of Christ and we all serve as different parts. If we are not growing we are not only affecting ourselves, but the whole body of Christ. So as our growth may be personal, it is by no means private. Wow what an exhortation to grow. Well I'll get off my soapbox. I hope you all are doing well, and are having a great summer.......until next time. |
